Lucknow: Revolutionary Ram Kishore Sharma’s daughter-in-law Kamini Sharma will join the Nationalist Congress Ajit group on April 8. Kamini Sharma was born in Nasipur village of Barabanki district. Since childhood, she has seen a political atmosphere at home. During the Emergency, many big leaders including George Fernandes took shelter in her house. Kamini was married into the family of Kanpur’s revolutionary Ram Kishore Sharma. Kamini’s in-laws also have a role in politics. Uncle-in-law Hari Kishore has been active in politics since the time of Jan Sangh and has done a lot of work in the field of education. Kamini is the mother of senior journalist Ashish Sharma Rishi.
